Having participated in the systematic and in-depth long-term psychology training program at CEIBA, I successfully obtained a Master’s degree in Psychology from UEMC in 2025. This learning experience not only helped me build a systematic knowledge base in psychology but also cultivated a thinking mode that transforms theory into practice, enabling me to gain a deeper understanding of psychological interventions in the field of education.
As an educator, after obtaining the degree, I have been able to play a more targeted role in my professional field. Based on the theories of positive psychology and cross-cultural communication learned in UEMC courses, I took the lead in establishing a “Bilingual Campus Radio Music Program” in my unit. This program is not just a simple carrier of information dissemination, but integrates psychological counselling elements – by selecting music works with emotional regulation functions, and matching bilingual explanations to guide students to conduct positive psychological hints, while cultivating students’ multiple cognition through sharing cross-cultural content. Since its operation, the program has effectively alleviated students’ learning pressure and created a positive campus atmosphere. The special lecture centred on this project has also won wide recognition and praise from peers in the education field due to its theoretical depth and practical innovation.
Although the study time at UEMC passed like a fleeting moment, the experience of being immersed in a rigorous academic atmosphere is unforgettable. The in – depth discussions with tutors in class, the collision of ideas among classmates, and the analysis of real cases in practical courses all made me truly feel the happiness of academic exploration, and further strengthened my career direction of integrating psychology and education.
Looking back on my studies at UEMC, every theoretical breakthrough and practical attempt made me deeply feel the power of knowledge. This accumulation is not only the cornerstone of my career development, but also makes me firmly believe that the essence of education is to awaken the soul, and psychology is an important tool to achieve this goal. In the future, I will continue to carry forward the academic literacy and humanistic care endowed by UEMC, and move forward steadily on the road of integrating education and psychology.
