Na Huang is Vice President and Human Resources Director of Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology Co., Ltd., where she has built a career spanning operational management, manufacturing, supply chain, talent development and organizational leadership. She joined the company in 2006 as an assistant R&D engineer and subsequently held a series of managerial roles including planning and operations supervisor, quality manager, workshop director, head of quality, plant manager and supply chain director.
This extensive cross-functional experience has shaped her professional and research interests in managerial development, job rotation, leadership capability and organizational effectiveness. She was the company’s first female workshop director and plant manager and brings substantial first-hand experience of leadership development from frontline operations to senior management. Her professional leadership has also received recognition from major Chinese and Asia-Pacific business organizations.
