Liu Daiying is a management educator and researcher whose work focuses on organizational behavior, human resource management, leadership, and innovation and entrepreneurship. She teaches at the School of Economics and Management of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and is also a senior human resource management professional and invited expert at Chengdu Technological University.
Her research combines quantitative, qualitative and case-based approaches and is oriented toward developing practical implications for managerial policy, organizational strategy and employee management. She has led three provincial and municipal research projects, published a textbook and multiple academic papers, and has supervised student teams in provincial-level business competitions.

Liu’s doctoral research connects organizational learning, employee engagement, leadership and performance. It examines how organizational conditions can strengthen employee involvement and work outcomes, while considering the role of transformational leadership as an important boundary condition.
