Alex Tian is an accomplished executive who reflects CEIBA’s focus on engaged management. Strong in a successful 30-years career, he is now CEO of Stabilus in China since 2006.
Professor Tian has strong operational experience and has successfully reached the financial targets of Stabilus in China. He set up two plants, and gathered first hand experience and expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, production planning, stock control and logistic, quality assurance, staff recruitment and development, sales and marketing, material sourcing and localization for China operation. His teaching interest are focused on providing practical insights in strategy and leadership to help rising executives in China and abroad. His research interest are strategy making in hyper competition and organization change.
