Gaëlle Pantin-Sohier is a PhD supervisor at the University of Angers and her research focuses on sensory perception, brand management, new product development and celebrity endorsement. 

Biography

Gaëlle Pantin-Sohier focuses her scientific activities on food marketing at the GRANEM (Angevin Research Group in Economics and Management that comprises the work of 50 research professors and 60 doctoral students), of which she was the director from September 2015 to October 2019. She defended her Ph.D thesis in 2004, obtained her research Habilitation (HDR) in 2014, and supervised several doctoral theses. Her research is mainly dedicated to the acceptability of innovation in the food sector and to the influence of sensory stimuli on consumer behaviour. She has several scientific articles published in national and international peer-reviewed journals.
