Professor Chetodel is teaches Human Resource Management and leads research in team management, creativity, collective and  intelligence collective. She is also specialised in change management and organisational transformation. 

Biography

Frédérique Chédotel is Professor of Management Sciences at the ‘IAE of Angers” school of management. She is currently Vice Dean of the IAE and head of the Master’s degree in International Human Resources Management as well as the Master’s degree in Consulting and Research in Management. She has experience in teaching in various international management courses (human resources, innovation management and research methods in particular). She is a member of the GRANEM research laboratory and a research director. Her research themes concern the dynamics of collaboration and the transformation of organizations
