CEIBA’s programs form a coherent portfolio for professionals at different stages of development. Some seek managerial advancement, others cross-border expertise, and others a pathway toward doctoral research and knowledge creation. Many CEIBA participants begin with advanced professional study and later continue into doctoral inquiry through the DBA.

The portfolio includes Master’s specialized in finance and psychology, the Master of Business Administration, and the Executive MBA. In addition, the DBA provides an outstanding opportunity for senior executive to broaden their analytical skills and deepen their understanding of academic research. CEIBA’s academic committee is in charge of the quality process, thus ensuring that the programs respect international standards.

CEIBA programs are under the academic oversight and operational support of the academic committee. The programs are designed according to best practice in management education, while taking into account market trends. The programs are under the academic leadership of the associate dean for faculty and research. Meanwhile, the program coordinator assumes the administrative responsibilities for the programs. Likewise, in order to ensure continuous improvement of the programs, CEIBA encourages students to provide constructive feedback concerning the course delivery and pedagogical content.
