This course focuses on establishing the main aspects from a regulatory and legal point of view that must be managed by a business manager. Indeed, comparing different legal regimes require particular attention in the global market in which businesses are carried out. The course will particularly focus on aspects related to information security, property rights and formal elements of labor law.

A combination of methodologies will be carried out, including lectures and practical sessions, case studies, and solving exercises and problems. Through a dialectical method in each session and expository, the different theoretical concepts of the subject will be presented. Individual and group work will encourage participation and application of knowledge in a continuous and sequential manner. Likewise, the exchange of information and analysis will be promoted through different practical tasks with the purpose of developing communication and critical positioning of students, under the tutelage of the teacher in the classroom and in the tasks scheduled for autonomous work.

Recognize the importance of controlling general and specific regulations depending on the type of company

Globally Interpret the main legal requirements that companies are committed to comply regardless to the environment in which they operate

Identify the tools and basic regulations to manage within a legal and ethically responsible framework

Understand and explain the basic legal concepts used in usual business management

Manage a small, medium or large company or organization taking into consideration the legal and regulatory requirement

Solve problems inherent to law enforcement and internal corporate regulations.
