Former Vice-President of the University of Le Mans, Francois is currently the founder and dean of the IAE Angers.
After completing his PhD in Management Sciences on the role of top management team competencies in the internationalization process of SMEs, François Pantin joined the University of Le Mans in 2006. In addition to his teaching and research activities (related to his specialty in strategic management), he has various responsibilities, including that of Vice-President of the University. In 2016, he joined the University of Angers where he was given the responsibility of the creation project of the IAE Angers. He became the dean in 2020 at its opening. Member of the research laboratory GRANEM, his research topics have gradually evolved and are now devoted to the study of CSR practices, their identification and their impact on the overall performance of Scop.
